Claiming question

So I wasn't able to log in for a few months due to... Circumstances. I logged back in to find all my stuff GONE. Ok. Fine. Whatever. I'll just rebuild I guess. Except, nope. Whoever raided me claimed the whole area, leaving it broken and run down, full of holes and just a mess! I can't even rebuild it now. Is this even allowed?! I mean. What is the even the point if you're not going to rebuild it or build something else there, other than to be a jerk?

I...Understand that, yes. But the fact that they claimed it themselves and are just letting it sit seems intentional and a jerk move.

I'll have to try that. Hopefully they didn't claim it in an attempt to be malicious, but if they did, are there steps I can take or am I SOL? It's silly to put up such a fight, but I really loved that spot.

Nothing to be done besides waiting for the player who claimed it will to give the building back. As stated, after 60 days of inactivity, any claim can be unclaimed with /unclaim, therefore being free game for anyone who finds it, so yes, they could do anything they'd like and claim it too.
