What gyms are open?

I'm gonna play through and grind for a bit before applying, but I want to know if there is a realm where you can make a new gym? Or maybe a realm where a gym leader is needed? I don't care that much on what realm, I'm just looking for a end goal following the reset. I just joined too, so there's that.

Every realm needs gym leaders! If you do /gyms on each realm it will tell you the variety of gyms that each realm offers.
